A Melbourne TikToker is calling for child-free suburbs after complaining about the noise of children in their street.

Associate Professor at the School of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Melbourne Lauren Rosewarne told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live this type of belief is not good for the community.

“At the end of the day there is something also a bit harsh and mean about that attitude,” said Professor Rosewarne.

“I don’t think it does a service to humanity at large.”
