With the 2023 AFL season almost underway, the Fremantle Dockers are back in action, training after the Christmas break.

Fremantle coach Justin Longmuir told Wide World of Sports the Dockers have plenty of goals for 2023.

“We just want to make sure we get the most out of each day,” said Mr Longmuir.
