Australia has downgraded its terrorism threat level from mid-range to low-range.

Chair of Global Islamic Politics at Alfred Deakin Institute Professor Greg Barton told 6PR Mornings the threat of a terror attack is still there.

“There’s no such thing as no risk,” said Professor Barton.

“We should always be paying attention… if you see something, say something.”
