Man dies in housefire in Perth’s north

A man in 50s has died in a fire at a vacant property in Beechboro.
Emergency services were called to the property on Beechboro Road around 4pm on Sunday where the man’s body was found.
It’s believed the property is regularly used by homeless people for shelter.
The man’s death is not being treated as suspicious.
