When COVID cases will peak: Health chief defends hospital rules

Millsy & Karl

WA Chief Health Officer Andy Roberston joined Gareth Parker to cover off all the major points in the state’s COVID-19 response.

In a rare, wide-ranging interview, Dr Roberston:

  • Says he’s expecting WA’s cases to peak “back end of March”, around “March 14 to 21”.
  • Responded to calls that visitor guidelines in hospitals are too strict and lack compassion: “It’s also important we protect those patients, that we protect staff. It’s about trying to get that balance.”
  • Much more
