A Salvation Army program distributing food to homeless people in the CBD has wound up, with the charity told the service had not been “approved”  by the City of Perth.

Warren Parker, Public Relations Secretary at the Salvation Army, told Gareth Parker the City of Perth was working with the Salvos to ensure service could continue to be provided.
