The ban on rental increases ends on March 28, 2021 and REIWA is warning renters that we could see a jump of up to 20 per cent.

“The market would suggest that’s what the rent should be, but I’m sure many property owners not want to put their tenants at a huge disadvantage in such a short time,” REIWA President Damian Collins told 6PR Breakfast.
