The Aged Care Sector is hoping for a national review of the rules around visits to nursing homes in an effort to have consistency and clear boundaries.

The Federal Government has criticised some providers who have completely banned family members from visiting those in aged care.

Leading Aged Services Australia CEO Sean Rooney told Gareth Parker on Mornings by using technology and things such as visitation windows the sector is keeping family relationships going.
