Steve and Baz spoke to one of our listeners Sonya who has a insurance warning for those that live in Apartments and share a secure parking area.

Sonya’s bike was stolen out of a underground parking complex that is shared with the other 7 apartments.  The door was forced open and the bike stolen. Despite being with the same insurance company for over 15 years they have knocked back her claim saying that they consider the locked garage a common area and as such it is not insured under home and contents insurance.
