Commerce Minister concedes cladding legislation ‘inadequate’

Commerce Minister John Quigley has acknowledged current legislation does not allow for the Building Commissioner to issue orders with regard to the State-wide Audit into flammable cladding. He says the issue is a major priority for him and will move to change the legislation.
