After a well deserved 3 week break, the West Coast Eagles are back at training this week & gearing up for a massive season this year as the reigning champions.

Premiership midfielder Chris Masten caught up with Ben & Paul discussing how he spent his time off & how training is shaping up for himself & the rest of the team after 3 weeks off, as well as the talk of rule changes going forward this season.

Chris has played 198 games & if everything goes to plan, will play his 200th game in Round 2.
