WA could be texting penalty leader

Police Minister Michelle Roberts has not ruled out Western Australia being the leader when it comes to setting a harsher penalty for texting and driving. She told Oliver Peterson she’s waiting for advice from the Road Safety Commission but is prepared to raise the current penalty.
