Australian Medical Association President Dr Michael Gannon is cautioning the State Government against adopting Victoria’s new euthanasia laws, saying it could lead to people with mental illness, dementia and chronic disease being euthanised.

Premier Mark McGowan has indicated he supports the laws, but Dr Gannon told Mornings with Gareth Parker, they are hugely concerning.
