The City of Stirling is seeking community feedback on proposed verge laws that would restrict trailers, boats, caravans and motorhomes from being parked on residential verges.

City of Stirling Mayor Mark Irwin told 6PR Mornings host Simon Beaumont that safety is a primary concern.

“It’s a reflection that infill development has pushed people out of their backyards, garage spaces are at a premium, quite often used for storage, and cars end up in the street”, Irwin said.
