A Mandurah woman who has spent the past five years living on the streets has opened up about the challenges facing homeless people in the area.

Karen, a homeless woman who has been living on the streets of Mandurah for five years, joined 6PR to discuss the current challenges facing people experiencing homelessness in the area.

“Bad homeless people go out of their way to get what they want out of other people’s bags,”  Karen said.
