WA Greens Leader Brad Pettitt told 6PR Drive host Jamie Burnett that mounting evidence of the same issue in the Swan Valley is now undeniable, and that the government could face liability if they repeat the mistake.

“Government needs to understand that they can’t just push these problems from suburban developments onto surrounding landowners and not be liable”, he said.
