The courier did not realise he was missing for three hours, but truck driver Dean saw a social media post and miraculously found him.

Dean updated 6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl on Tank, sharing how he felt an immediate connection to the dog.

“I think I’d already made up my mind before I even came into the outskirts of Perth that I wanted to put my hand up to take him”, he said.
