One of Variety WA’s major fundraisers is the Creative Car Cruise, where a collection of classic, custom and modified vehicles embark on a four-day scenic tour of regional Western Australia to raise vital funds for children in need.

Richie Howlett, a CCC participant, told 6PR The Long Lunch host Tod Johnston that he loves the event and the opportunity to see such unique vehicles.

“On the cruise we’ve seen all sorts of things like some late model, current model Mustangs, we’ve got early Mustangs. We’ve had new and old Monaros, we’ve had Bruce with his Kombi”, he said.
