This is next level, it’s not your average cyclone,” according to Exmouth resident Craig White.

Craig, who lives in the heart of Exmouth, has told 6PR Morning host Simon Beaumont they are still being pummeled by heavy sideways rain and winds up to 260km/h.

He further stressed the intensity of the storm’s tail: “It’s out of control, it’s not letting off at all, we’re in the tail of it now and it’s as bad if not worse than it’s been all night,” he said.
