Jo Anastos, the City Beach resident responsible for the spectacle, explained to Perth Live host Russell Collett exactly how the enormous figure ended up in her front yard.

“It is just incredible, it’s very overwhelming how many good vibes he’s giving off, it’s amazing,” she said.
