Perth has received a mixed response following the release of plans for the new racetrack and entertainment precinct.

Deputy Premier Rita Saffioti explained to Perth Today host Simon Beaumont that the government sought to facilitate as many stakeholders as possible, with the overall vision focused on Perth’s future.

She confidently stated, “I think when people step back and understand the project they’ll understand that this is a project that will deliver benefits not only for our generation but future generations,” she said.
