A new Canstar survey shows Australians prefer Costco beef and pork, while Aldi is the go to supermarket for chicken, lamb, fish and seafood.

Canstar spokesperson Eden Radford spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live fill-in presenter Jamie Burnett and said the survey found the average spend by consumers was $47 per week on meat and they were doing everything they could to keep costs to a minimum, with 83 per cent of Aussies trying to save.
