Casey Mihovilovich, City of Mandurah CEO, explained to Perth Live host Oliver Peterson that she isn’t surprised by the top pick, describing the city as ‘perfectly imperfect’ and acknowledging its commitment to continuous improvement.

“You only have to drive or walk or ride your bike only kilometres to have access to some sort of water, whether its the ocean, the river or the estuary it is such a beautiful place to live,” she said.
