A 6PR listener from Comet Bay in the City of Rockingham was incorrectly issued the Mayor ballot paper for the City of Cockburn.

When 6PR Breakfast questioned the Electoral Commission about this, they confirmed that a small number of electors received incorrect or incomplete ballot papers for the wrong ward or district.

The commission also noted other issues, including some unclear return addresses and pre-sealed return envelopes.
