In 2021, Arna Menna survived a capsize that tragically claimed her father’s life.

Arna shared her harrowing story with Perth Today host Simon Beaumont, explaining her motivation for participating in the campaign.

“If things go wrong they can go wrong very very quickly and if your not prepared they can be some pretty dire outcomes,” she said.
