Megan Bagworth, spokesperson for Safety on Swan, told Perth Today host Simon Beaumont that a community picnic has been arranged to showcase Matilda Bay’s appeal and to illustrate the potential repercussions for the area if the plan proceeds as currently proposed.

“It’s right in the heart of Matilda Bay; the location’s not in the best interest for Perth,” she said.
