The Peppermint Grove Council proudly displays a gallery of cartoons by renowned illustrator Dean Alston, which cleverly satirise Perth’s wealthiest suburb.

Don Burnett, CEO of Peppermint Grove Council, shared with Perth Today host Simon Beaumont that his collection now boasts 41 of these satirical images, which have been well-received by the community.

“It’s just a bit of light humour, and I know he has a dig at us and we are an easy target, but such is life; that’s what cartoonists do,” he said.
