Criminal law experts are urging the government to priorities the issue of 3D printed guns, as these undetectable weapons become increasingly sophisticated.

Associate Professor Andrew Hemmings from the University of Southern Queensland explains to Perth Today host Chrissy Morrissy that these lethal weapons pose a significant threat.

“We’re in danger, I would suggest, of replicating America… where more and more people are in possession of illegally manufactured firearms,” he said.
