The Victorian Government has promised to legislate work-from-home rights for the private sector, allowing employees to work from home at least twice a week.

Barrister and senior counsel Ian Neil spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan’s proposal was a “stunt” because any legislation of that kind would run “foul” of the Australian constitution.
