Having retired from football at 24 due to concussion concerns, Nathan Murphy, a Collingwood Premiership Player, is now an ambassador for HIT IQ, which produces concussion-detecting mouthguards.

He explained to Perth Live host Oliver Peterson that while these mouthguards were previously only available to professionals, they are now accessible to the general public.

Nathan shared his motivation, saying, “Starting to think about the solutions and how we can create and get rid of that fear.”
