New study finds record low in parents reading aloud to children

New research has found the number of parents reading aloud to children is at an all-time low.

The University of Tasmania professor of Literacy and Education Robyn Cox joined Perth Live to speak about the alarming research.
“Young parents are under a lot of stress, with the cost of housing and the need for two parents to be working ,” Cox said on Perth Live.
