New data has revealed poor oral health in Aussies’ is contributing to 24 per cent of acute and potentially preventable hospitalisations.

Principal Dentist at Bupa Dental Dr Mark Dohland spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said it was an alarming number that reflected Aussies were missing out on their regular dental checks which in turn was placing a “significant burden” on our emergency departments.
