New research has revealed working from home has a positive impact on the productivity of employees but employers are not so sure.

Robert Half director Andrew Brushfield spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Russell Collett and said there was a difference between what employees and employers think about hybrid working, but there should be a balance that accommodates the needs of both.
