Premium economy seating has become the hottest real estate in the air with new research revealing there was an 84 per cent surge in the number of commercial aircraft offering the seating choice from 2017 to 2022.

Cirium Asia Dashboard Editor Ellis Taylor spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said premium economy offered a number of incentives including a little bit of extra space and a comfier seat.
