A credibility expert claims Commonwealth Bank has damaged its already ‘beleaguered reputation’ after the bank backflipped on introducing a $3 fee for customers who withdraw their own money.

Dr Neryl East spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said a planned fee increase a couple of weeks out from Christmas was ill timing.
