Tomorrow, Australians are urged to withdraw cash from ATMs in protest against the transition to a cashless society.

Cash Welcome campaign spokesperson Jason Bryce told Jamie Burnett on Perth Live, “It sounds like garbage, it looks like garbage, it sounds like gaslighting really. We’re being pushed into a cashless society.”

“Very few people agree with going completely cashless.”

“This [day] will confirm for the banks and the regulators that no one wants to go cashless,” Mr Bryce continued.
