A commercial dispute between builder BCG and developer Iris PW has left homebuyers in limbo at the Shenton Quarter development.

Bethany Evans is a single mum who placed a $100,000 deposit on the troubled development in October 2021.

She told Oly Peterson on 6PR’s Perth Live she’s tried to work with the developer to reach a better outcome but the contract has proven to heavily favour the difficult developer.

Australian Apartment Advocacy Director Samantha Reece joined Oly to provide her advice on the issue.
