Companies are moving to video resumes to prevent false CV’s made by AI.

Vice president, research and advisory at Gartner, Aaron McEwan, says companies want an authentic representation of the applicant but holds worry about the move to video resumes.

“To a degree, you can hide your age, and certainly what you look like isn’t going to come up as a factor on a traditional resume,” he told Millsy and Karl.
