The “blasting” of The Wiggles’ Hot Potato from speakers in Bunbury has been plastered across headlines all over the state today, pointing a finger at a series of issues which have become ingrained into Regional WA.

Yesterday, the city’s mayor defended the method, saying it’s common practice.
