Granny flats could be the nation’s answer to solving the current housing crisis but a Perth property expert is not convinced.

Real Estate expert Garth Davis told Oly Peterson on 6PR’s Perth Live that Granny Flats aren’t a silver bullet but definitely part of the solution.

“Granny flats are a relatively inexpensive and quick way to bring a large number of dwellings onto the market,” he said.
