After 40 years of service, and having earned the nickname ‘Have-a-chat’ due to his eagerness to engage with passengers, Terry Spence is retiring.

Terry who is currently the Customer Experience Officer at Transperth spoke with Jo McManus on 6PR’s Afternoons.

“It’s been a fantastic journey, there’s been a few ups and downs – more ups than downs,” Mr Spence said.
