The liberal member for Cottesloe David Honey wants a tunnel on Stirling highway to help deal with traffic congestion in his electorate. 

Mr Honey told Oliver Peterson on 6PR Perth Live traffic congestion has increased “exponentially” and has become a productivity issue.   

“It’s the number one issue and it’s just becoming a nightmare for the people that live there and for people who want to get through the area,” Mr Honey said.
