73% of Aussies frustrated over poor customer service

New CHOICE research reveals 73 per cent of customers have experienced poor service from a business in the past year, with many feeling the standard of support is getting worse.

Andy Kelly, deputy director of campaigns at CHOICE, spoke to 6PR Afternoons host Julie-anne Sprague on the concerning survey results and need for government intervention.

“There’s not a lot in the law to stop companies deliberately putting up barriers and making it difficult to access support and enforce consumer rights,” he said.
