$500k for a KFC carpark upgrade? Where the Collie transition funds are actually going

The state government has been providing funding for the Collie economy ahead of its transition from coal power.

The funding is designed to support Collie through its transition into a new economy, but there are questions about where the money is actually going.

Jack McGinn from WA Business News told The Gary Adshead Show that $500k was awarded to KFC owners to create a new car park pitched as a tourism opportunity.
