A WA farmer has penned an open letter to the RSPCA after the organisation took out an ad in the daily newspaper over the weekend calling for the end of live sheep export.

It comes after 50,000 people signed a petition to have the banned overturned.

Jess Grove spoke with Oly Peterson about why she penned the letter.
