A Bunbury woman has become the fourth West Australian to legally apply for the right to have her dead husband’s sperm extracted.

The man died in December in a tragic home accident.

Lawyer Abigail Rogers told Sean Cowan on 6PR Mornings there’s still a lot of legal discussion to be had over the relatively recent availability of deceased people’s sperm.
