Bruce Lehrmann has lost his defamation case against Network Ten and Lisa Wilkinson.

Justice Lee said he found Mr Lehrmann did rape Brittany Higgins in deliberating the civil case.

“Having escaped the lion’s den, Mr Lehrmann made the mistake of going back for his hat,” he said.

The decision is not a finding of criminal guilt of Bruce Lehrmann.
