Traffic congestion easing

The State Government claims traffic congestion around Perth is easing, thanks to initiatives such as new merge lanes and changing traffic signals.
New Transport minister Bill Marmion has told Gary Adshead, Main Roads has been proactive in improving key congestion hot-spots.
