Are you constantly time-poor? Once a month Amantha Imber schedules an hour in her diary to write ‘To Don’t Lists.’

Amantha explained to Jo McManus (filling in for Steve Mills) on Millsy at Midday that to-don’t lists are all about identifying the things that drain you and you want to stop doing. 

“So much of life is just adding things to your to-do list, which for most of us is just never-ending,” she said.

“The to-don’t list is a great way to use time more wisely by subtracting some of the things that you do.”
