Managing Director of Strategic Property Group Trent Fleskens has told Julie-anne Sprague the Perth property market is as “hot as its ever been”, with hopes supply will soon climb.

In order for the city to escape the past few years’ of stagnation a number of things have to change, not least seller confidence, Mr Fleskens said.

“At least 10,000 properties that could be on the market but they’re not, because sellers aren’t confident enough to enter the market,” he said.

Mr Fleskens shared a number of tips for buyers and sellers that would ease their entry into the market.
